School adoption

School adoption is not approved yet. This prepares a request for review; it does not record your school as accepted or authorise pupil data.

Ask an authorised school or trust representative to review the terms and data processing agreement, supplier list and retention schedule. This request includes version 2026-10-26-claude-beta of those documents.

Enter staff and school details only. Download and review the request, then send it to tumble.tools@gmail.com through your own email service. Karl Todd will confirm receipt, resolve outstanding checks with the school and arrange a signed record identifying the controller, agreed annexes and effective date. Keep both parties’ accepted copy.
